How We Work

1. Share your vision. Start by filling out our inquiry form that covers where you want to go, when, and what matters most to you.

2. Let’s talk. A free, no-strings-attached consultation to dive into your taste, your travel style, and what you want this trip to feel like. We’ll walk through how we work and answer any questions you might have about the planning process.

3. Your proposal. After our call, we’ll send a detailed recap along with our terms and the planning fee we agreed on. Then the creative work begins. No two trips are ever the same. We pair your unique style with our network of partners around the world.

4. Refine. Together, we’ll fine-tune your proposal until it matches your vision perfectly. Once it’s final, we handle every booking and all the heavy lifting. Your only job is getting excited.

5. Before You Go. Before you go, you’ll receive our destination Hot Tips: pre-departure guides with everything you need to know, so you arrive prepared and at ease. Prefer to talk it through? We’re happy to schedule a final pre-departure call.

6. And you’re off! We keep tabs on your journey while you travel, and full-service trips include 24/7 on-the-ground support in most destinations. When you return, we’ll ask how everything went, so each trip is even better than the last.

Meet the Founder

Before By&By, I spent nearly ten years as an executive assistant in demanding positions across tech, finance and entertainment. Anticipating needs before they’re spoken became second nature, and it’s exactly how I plan travel.

I come from a big, close-knit family, and some of my best memories are summers spent with relatives in Italy. That’s still at the heart of By&By: travel that brings people together, whether it’s a honeymoon, a milestone or three generations around one table.

Today, I design every trip personally, with a small team behind me making sure nothing is left to chance.
